Return and Refund Policy
Famree provides a 30-day return policy and a 12-month warranty; for products purchased directly from Famree.com! (include the original packaging)
To be eligible for a return, the packaging must be unused, without any traces of dis-assembly, and the packaging must be the same as the receiving conditions.
We do not provide returns except for extreme damage/fault conditions.
How do I return my items?
The customer must first send an email to Famree@support.com to obtain a return authorization before sending any products back to Famree. Otherwise, no refund or replacement will be given. Please review the following detailed steps:
Step 1 Please send us an email and attach your order ID (e.g.#1001), your original delivery address which products you wish to return;
Step 2 Then, we will make a return label to you and you need to print your prepaid shipping label which you will receive from your email;
Step 3 The system may prompt you to download the return label-you only need to paste the label on the package, and then drop it off the nearest UPS, USPS, FedEx which away from your home.
a.Please keep all relevant proof of post until you receive a refund, to prevent if you need them in a future date;
b.When you order one or more item from our store, which cannot returned in the same package.
Shipping of Return
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, and for this reason, consumers do not need to bear the freight.
If the delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer must pay the shipping fee to return the product or sacrifice the product.

1.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please notify us after the product is shipped, and attach the tracking number to the package. After receiving your returned product in our warehouse and checking whether the product is in good condition, we will refund you within 3 working days and the system will automatically send you a notification email.
